Product Availability Message
Most products list availability on the product page, right above where you make your selections.
Products listed In Stock usually ship same day or within 1-2 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Some products are made to order and others may simply be on backorder. Backordered products will usually have an expected ship date notice listed.
If you order a product that is on backorder, your order will be put in a cue and it will ship automatically as soon as it comes in. Otherwise check back on the expected ship date and order.
While we do our best to keep these messages updated, occasionally something slips by. If you would like to double check status on a specific product, please feel free to contact us.
Please include the Item Code and Product Name when asking about any product.
Other messages you might see.
This product is on national backorder and not available to order.
Usually means this is backordered by the manufacturer and there is no estimated ship date or the estimated date is so far out, we're not accepting orders for it.
This product has been discontinued and is not available to order.
The manufacturer has discontinued this product and it will not be available again.
