Product Doesn't Fit

If the product you received does not look right for your car, it is possible you were shipped the wrong product or possibly ordered the wrong product. First check the part number on the part you received, compare it to the part number on your receipt. Also check the Application Guide on the product page you ordered it from.  Make sure the application is correct for your vehicle. If you simply ordered the wrong part, see our Returns section and follow the instructions there on returning the product so you can order the correct product.

If you believe the product we sent is not what you ordered, please contact us. Include your order number, a photo of the product along with any part number info on the product. Let us know what issue the product has that makes you believe it is incorrect. We'll take it from there and provide instructions on how to proceed.

Damaged Product


If you have received merchandise damaged in shipping, contact us. Include your order number, a photo of the damage and any other pertinent information. We'll get the claims process rolling and the replacement in process. You must retain all materials until the shipper (UPS, FEDEX, etc.) has had a chance to inspect the package if they choose.


Defective Product


If you believe the product we sent is defective, let us help you troubleshoot. Many times our experience can resolve the issue quickly. We can also work with the manufacturer to get the issue resolved. If it is determined to be defective, we'll work to get a replacement out to you promptly. 


Replacement Product


Our policy is to replace damaged, defective or incorrect products. If you choose not to accept a replacement, it is considered a regular return and subject to our return policy guidelines.

Return of Replacement Product


If we sent you something in error, and we send the correct item out but do not get the wrong one back within 10 business days, we will charge your credit card for the full amount of the replacement item or the incorrect item plus shipping, whichever is greater.
