Using Order Tracking


You can use our handy order tracking system by clicking the Orders link at the top right of our website. 



Mobile users, click Menu in the upper left, click Account, then either Log in or scroll down to Lookup Order by Email and Zip Code.



Check Product Availability Message


If you do not find tracking information for your order, please check the Availability message on the product page where you selected your product. Many products are custom made to order and do not ship right away.



In Stock


Products listed as In Stock typically ship within 1-2 business days, often the same business day. Tracking information should be posted within 24 hours of shipment.


First Class Mail-not trackable  


Many items ship via US Postal Service - First Class Mail. If your order says shipped but there is no tracking number it will come in your mail box, not by UPS or FedEx. Look for First Class Mail from the Post Office Sometimes people mistake these for junk mail so we ask that you let everyone in your household know to watch for it.
